Enrollments for the 2025-2026 school year will be available in early March 2025.

Preschool will be free for all children
who turn four by September 1, 2025
for the 2025-2026 school year.

To make the 2025-2026 enrollment process easier for families, we recommend gathering the following documents now as they'll need to be submitted as part of the application: birth certificate, proof of residency (Consumers bill), proof of income (W2/tax documents), health appraisal completed within the last calendar year (as of March 1, 2025), proof of immunizations, and any applicable special education or court documents (i.e. custody).

Limited tuition-based slots will be available for
children who turn three by September 1, 2025 as well.

Argentine Early Childhood Center currently offers a variety of options to best meet the needs of our youngest learners. The following preschool programs are currently available at AECC:

• 3 year old half day tuition (AM= MWF; PM= MW) (ENROLLMENT FULL FOR 2024-2025)

• 3 year old full day tuition (MTWHF)

• 4 year old half day GSRP (AM= MTWH; PM= MTWH)
  (must meet all eligibility requirements, but we strongly encourage all families of four year olds to apply for this option)

• 4 year old full day GSRP (MTWH)
  (must meet all eligibility requirements, but we strongly encourage all families of four year olds to apply for this option)

• 4 year old full day GSRP (MTWHF)
  (must meet all eligibility requirements, but we strongly encourage all families of four year olds to apply for this option)

• We also offer a free drop-in parent/child playgroup on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-11:00am, for children up to 5 years of age.
  New participants may register onsite when they attend for the first time.

GSRP enrollments are based on eligibility, and children must turn four before September 1, 2025.
If your child turns four between September 2, 2025 and December 1, 2025 they may be placed in GSRP as long as slots are available.
Eligible families with the highest need will be placed first; if there are still slots available, we will move on to the next child on the list.

Tuition-based families can utilize their HSA to pay for preschool tuition?

If you are in need of financial assistance for preschool, we recommend applying for the DHHS child care subsidy. Please note: this can be a tedious process; most families are denied the first time they apply, but we recommend re-applying if this happens.

In order to expedite the enrollment process, we recommend that you have the following documents available to you prior to completing the forms below. You will either need to upload them into the forms electronically or bring them to Argentine Early Childhood Center for us to scan on your behalf.

• Child's birth certificate

• Proof of child's up-to-date immunization status

• Proof of residency (i.e. Consumer's Bill, DHHS paperwork, etc.)

• IF APPLICABLE: child's IEP/IFSP, documentation of medical condition(s)/allergies, court orders (i.e. custody) etc.

• FOUR YEAR OLDS ONLY: Proof of income for all individuals in the home who contribute financially ( i.e. W2's)
